What do you do when ideal candidates are scared off by a perception that your culture is harsh and dog-eat-dog?

Whether through word-of-mouth or from films and TV, most candidates have been exposed to the war stories of professionals in consulting firms surviving 100-hour weeks, stressful deadlines and demanding bosses, and having to give up their personal lives for their careers.  But too few had heard the more appealing, more supportive and more flexible 21st century reality.

We conducted research among Accenture employees to gather and curate these stories.  We then worked with our creative partners to produce six eye-catching and engaging videos that brought these to life, in order to tackle these outdated candidate misconceptions.
